Terms of Use — Lens Path IL

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to https://lenspathil.pro/ and enrollment in photography courses and workshops offered by Lens Path IL Ltd (“Lens Path IL”, “we”, “us”), 32 Rothschild Blvd, Tel Aviv-Yafo 6688210, Israel. By using the site or enrolling, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

We provide photography education: multi-week courses, one-day workshops, studio instruction, and related materials. Course descriptions, schedules, and prices in ₪ on the website are informational until we confirm your enrollment in writing (email is sufficient).

3. Enrollment and payment

Submitting a contact form is a request, not a confirmed booking.
A place is reserved after we confirm availability and you pay the required deposit or full fee as stated in our confirmation.
Prices are listed in Israeli shekels (₪). VAT and invoicing will be handled as required under Israeli tax law.
Payment methods accepted will be stated in the confirmation email.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

By you (courses): Cancel 14 or more days before the first session for a full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable gateway fees if applicable. Cancel 7–13 days before: 50% refund. Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund; you may transfer once to a later cohort if space allows.
By you (workshops): Reschedule once free of charge with at least 72 hours notice. Later cancellations are non-refundable unless we fill your seat.
By us: If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date. We are not liable for travel or incidental costs.

Mandatory consumer rights under Israeli law (including the Consumer Protection Law where applicable to distance contracts) are not limited by this clause.

5. Student responsibilities

Bring a suitable camera when required; follow studio safety rules.
Treat gear, premises, and other participants respectfully.
You are responsible for your personal equipment and belongings.
Obtain any model or location permissions needed for your own projects outside class.

6. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, curricula outlines, and teaching materials provided by Lens Path IL are owned by us or our licensors. You may use course materials for personal learning only — not for commercial redistribution. Photographs you create during class remain yours, subject to any third-party rights.

7. Website use

You may not misuse the site (including scraping, introducing malware, or attempting unauthorized access). Content is provided “as is” for general information. We may update pages without notice.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, Lens Path IL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in courses. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed enrollment is limited to the fees you paid for that course or workshop. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud or willful misconduct).

Studio activities involve physical equipment; you participate at your own risk and must follow instructor instructions. We maintain reasonable studio safety practices but cannot eliminate all risk.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981 and related regulations.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes affecting existing enrollments will be communicated by email where practical.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction: competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rights.
